FULFILBOX™ payment on delivery service can help manage pay on delivery transactions and guarantees secure payment for your goods upon delivery. Parcels labelled "Pay-on-delivery" are only handed over to the recipient against payment for the goods. So, If the goods are not paid for, they are returned to the retailer shop or Merchant store.

 

Types of payment Accepted 

We can receive payment in cash where the maximum amount of cash on delivery shipments is NGN 50,000. Once collected, the cash is transferred to your nominated account. We can also receive payment via Nigeria Master or visa card with no limits.

 

Benefits

  1. No risk of payment default, since the goods are not handed over until payment is made:
  2. No check on creditworthiness is required (particularly useful when sending to someone who placed his first order)
  3. Increased liquidity: Completing the payment quickly increases liquidity because normally the money is transferred to you within 1-2 working days of the item being delivered
  4. Discretion for your recipients: By paying in cash, the purchase will not show up on the bank account statement
